Vannecto allows schools to efficiently manage their student’s community service records while also maximizing the student body’s involvement in community-related activities.

Prior to our development, students and guidance counselors alike were individually responsible for finding, completing, submitting, and managing their hours of community service. Vannecto simply centralizes these tasks into a universal system that allows them to be done with superior efficiency and greater depth.

What We Do:

  • Automates responsibilities that have, until now, been reserved for you to complete manually (input hours of service, email students about opportunities, etc). Our website allows you to enroll your entire student body into a segmented profile, apart from our normal service, personalizing Vannecto to meet the specific needs of your students (i.e. deadlines, suggested opportunities, etc).
  • Electronically approves students of pending credit for their service by messages/email.
  • Forms displaying community service hours and data charts may be exported from our website into an excel sheet that can be printed for your use.
  • Allows you to contact students collectively (deadline reminders, etc) or individually (personal messages) with Vannecto’s internal messaging system.
  • Recognizes schools and students that exhibit the highest level of community service participation.
  • Requires annual subscription fee.
